A full collection of all videos created for Indigosky Holistic group sessions. The videos here include:

  • A short discussion on any subjects tapped on in a masterclass format.

EFT groups

The content here can be used alone, but for the best results join me for one of my group sessions.

There are 2 ways to join me, physically at SOUL Wellness Hub in West Yorkshire, or online via Zoom*.

*These groups run in seasons and future dates will be shared below when known.

What’s included?

Every group session comes with a shorter free EFT video available here. This section includes much more support. Here you can find EFT content you can continue to use following group sessions, or without even attending a group. There are also discussions for each subject to explore and bonus EFT videos on an even wider range of subjects.

  • No the session is not recorded. However, I do have a video library of EFT videos, including one on the subject we tap on each week that each attendee receives access to.
