Your soul has a purpose for being here at this time and it is ready for you to shine its light. I’d love to lead you on the 12 month journey Nurture Soul.
When we deny our worries, our fears or our human conditions, we don't heal from them or release them.
We actually just push them down into our physical body to manifest as sickness, dis-ease, depression or disconnection from our higher frequency emotions.
How much do you know your Soul?
If you feel like your life is out of place, if you feel busy, busy, busy all the time and have little to show for it, or feel you receive little back, then maybe you're looking for exactly what this process is designed to lead you too, your soul's purpose for being on earth at this time.
This is exactly how I felt 5 years ago running a hand made craft business, having low self worth and self esteem, not having time for my beautiful girls who I was home educating, feeling disconnected from my husband and other family and just so burned out and overwhelmed.
All of these feelings subsided and shifted when I did some deep energy clearing and emotional processing. I found my unique human blueprint and ditched the working hard in all aspects of my life, for listing to my intuition, my soul and becoming present more and more.
What leads to not knowing your soul purpose?
There is no 1 answer to this!
For some it is upbringing, school, parents, family stories.
For some it is where you were born or live, the political system or what is seen as normal and acceptable there.
For some it is life experiences through young adulthood, heading off into the wider world that sometimes our upbringing didn’t fully prepare us for.
For some it is taking on other people stories as to how we should be, act, what we should do as mature grown ups to be ‘successful’ (whatever that even means).
For so many people it is a combination of all these that leads to a habit of self neglect, self doubt or a belief in being unworthy.
It's possible that even with these blocks in place you still go on to feel amazing about yourself and to live a life full of love, treating yourself well, and following your passion.
But what if that's not the case?
I want to tell you that it doesn’t have to be!
If you feel unfulfilled, like you’re on a treadmill, like all your efforts for growth and expansion meet with a wall of more uncertainty, I want you to know, this is not how it has to be.
I see you watching everyone else's lives seem so much more full than yours, while you struggle to do every day tasks like take a shower or eat some fruit.
I see you giving all of your heart and soul to your what you want to create, but feeling more and more empty inside.
The answers lie within You!
And I want to lead you to finding them, releasing them and using them to expand into the human you have the great potential to be.
There are ways to come to loving yourself, nurturing your soul and finding joy. Better yet there are ways to do that and still give your offspring, your partner, your livelihood so much love too!
This is how I was feeling 5 years, and it’s time now for me to bring all the tools that have brought me to a wi9ldly different place together to lead others into their own power.
What is Nurtured Soul?
Nurtured Soul is a 12 month 1-1 guidance process.
If you have ever felt you came to earth for more than your life seems to be giving you.
If you have began to make inroads to self awareness and radical responsibility, but still feel lost and overwhelmed much of the time.
You will get full support from me to find little ways every day to know yourself.
It is holistic help to show you that you are deserving, worthy and allowed to be All of who You are.

Nurtured Soul is for you if you are an individual who knows they are more than their physical self, but haven’t yet worked out how to master the spirit and energy within.
It is for you if you have already began a journey of exploring your spirit, the energy and light within, and want clearer idea of what that is.
It is for you if you know you have baggage, trauma or past life pain that it’s time to release, and you’ve not yet fully managed that alone.
It is for you if you know you deserve and want more in your life, but have become stuck finding what your Soul Purpose is to get there.
Your purpose is right there within you, you just need to tune into the right frequency to light it up for all to see, including you!

When you're living from a place of love and not fear all that you are and that you feel, believe and see is for your expansion and growth.
It is getting your whole mind and being into a space of love and not fear that is tricksy in this world that has pretty much trapped us into fear from before we are born.
When all parts of you, the male, female, masculine, feminine, your age, your body, your genetics, your past, your ancestry, are brought into the light of love, and out of fear, you can only grow and create.
If you feel disconnected from any aspects of these things then you have generated fear into those parts and you are not fully living your human experience.
Your soul chose to come here to be a human. It came here to be the man or woman you were born as, or to experience some aspect of the humanness of these parts.
To try and deny those parts of you, to deny your feminine or masculine energy and parts, is to deny your soul the human experience it incarnated into.
Whatever it takes to embrace those parts of you, with love, you owe it to your soul to embrace.
You begin to nurture your soul when you get to know it, what it's purpose is here in this lifetime, and you can only do that by unravelling stories, dogma and beliefs that you may have held for decades.

It is my intention that by the end of your 12 months with me you’ll be in so much more love with yourself that you can begin to live the life you have always desired.
Starting at the first New Moon after we align, I will be taking 1 beautiful human through this process. Due to the intensity and power of this process it is enrolled into via interview only. This enables me to get to know you first and ensure you will get the best from this process.
Since it will empty you out and refill you energetically, not everyone is ready to dive so deep. Do not worry though if this process feels too much at this time. During our discovery call I will suggest other processes that may guide you to this place eventually.
