Social, Mindful Awareness


Hi there beautiful human

Do you feel you spend too much time on social media?
Do you feel like kicking the habit is too much of a challenge?
Do you deactivate accounts and feel better, then return and slip back into doomscrolling too quickly?

And, maybe you are feeling exhausted, irritated, frustrated and annoyed in other areas of your life that you don’t realise are being impacted by this time on social media?

These were the things I saw in myself and in those around me that prompted me to begin exploring my social media habits with more awareness.

And as a result Social Mindful Awareness was born!

This is a free 6 week process I am hosting to end 2023 in the best mindset possible!

During the 6 week process we will dive into:

  • what you use your Social Media platforms for

  • why you feel you need them

  • what unhealthy habits you believe you have with them

  • how to take responsibility for your online habits

  • what you're using them to distract you from

  • how to use them consciously, mindfully and with intention

  • how to forgive yourself when you slip back into old habits, and step back into new ones

We will dive into this gently, consciously and with deep self compassion.

The creation of Social Media is shrouded in so many mixed energies. It really does connect and reconnect people, but it also distracts and causes conflict and division. Yet I truly believe from my own journey and that of others I've seen, that you can both use it, and not be caught up in that shadow.

This takes awareness, radical responsibility and an intention to change.

I am hosting this event on one of the biggest challenges of them all, Facebook! I am doing this with good reason.

Most of those I see, maybe because this is my own nemesis, have the biggest issues with stepping away from, feeling they're addicted to and being most triggered by others, on this platform.

Over the last 2 years I have reduced and explored more conscious connection with this platform. While the pitfalls are still there, the other tools I have as an emotional health support therapist, allow me to both choose differently at any moment, and release the emotions I may get caught up in either from within myself, or projected at me by others.

In Social Mindful Awareness I will lead you through some of these practices and leave you with the tools to direct yourself moving forward.

Best of all, if you actually enjoy aspects of Social Media, or feel you need it for creation, a livelihood or connection to loved ones, you Do Not have to give it up!
